Abstract

Update QuantumCoin to support a pluggable randomness source for cryptographic operations.

Motivation

With the emergence of CURBy (NIST)'s quantum randomness verification technology and Zero-Level Magic Distillation (ZLMD)-based error correction, a new level of security is now required even for post-quantum cryptographic systems. In particular, CURBy can provide 'verifiable truth' to signature seeds, and ZLMD signals a turning point by reducing error rates to levels that could potentially break PQC. These technologies are no longer optional—they are essential for survival. A pluggable randomness source will allow supporting options such as CURBy.
