Abstract
Enable expansion into notarization infrastructure.
Motivation
Q is, at its core, a chain that proves digital truth. The PQC signature structure, decentralized consensus, and policy-based algorithm switching structure that Q currently possesses form a foundation that goes beyond a simple dApp chain and enables expansion into notarization infrastructure.
The notarization market is a highly stable B2B/B2C demand sector worth hundreds of billions of dollars annually. If Q enters this market, it can secure real-world utility based on survival, rather than short-term speculative demand. Q already structurally satisfies the core requirements of notarization:
a) Tamper-proof signatures based on PQC
b) Timestamp assurance through blockchain
c) Decentralized structure and policy-based security transition capability
However, to become a true notarization platform, several components need to be added:
1) Structured Notarization Layer (SNL):
Standardize the message format for notarization (document hash, signer role, intent, etc.) and record it on-chain.
2) Quantum TimeProof Oracle (QTO):
Integrate with systems such as NIST CURBy to strengthen legal validity through an absolute timestamp proof structure.
3) Multi-PQC Signature Redundancy Layer (SRL):
Introduce a redundancy structure, such as Dilithium + Falcon, to prepare for future quantum hacking threats.
4) Notarized Data Verification API (NDV):
Provide an interface that allows external systems to verify document authenticity.
5) These four components can be implemented at the smart contract and API levels, and they perfectly align with Q’s core philosophy. Q dominating the notarization market would mean that the legal standard for digital truth is established on Q, and this would represent not just market demand, but the realization of Q’s very identity.
This is not about giving Q over to legal institutions, but about ensuring that digital truth — in a post-quantum world — is something even the law can no longer ignore. This proposal aims to reinforce decentralization, not weaken it — by allowing legal systems to integrate as users, not owners.
