Abstract
Transaction Ordering should be based on Parent Block Hash.
Motivation
Transaction ordering should be based on parent block hash+ txn list, to sidestep front running bots. Gas fee tip should be removed, to mitigate MEV problem. Bottom line is reduced gas fee in DP (which is a currently a bad experience in #eth ). The txn execution list should be randomized, based on parent block hash+txn list, instead of how Eth orders it currently based on Gas Tip. This significantly reduces risk of exhorbitant gas fee currently seen in eth. Also thwarts front running bots.
